In 的 absence of any particular reference in 的 contract relating to 的 place of performance of 的 work, 的 法国判例法 has created 的 concept of 地理区域 to assess 的 scope of a change in 的 workplace: any change within 的 workplace in 的 same 地理区域 does not lead to a change in 的 contract and a mutual agreement is not needed.
